My stay at Penida Bay Village exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional hospitality truly stood out; not only were they polite and helpful, but they went above and beyond by returning valuable belongings we had left behind in the room—a gesture that left a lasting impression on us. The comfortable accommodation boasted a cozy sitting area where we could unwind after a day of exploring the stunning Crystal Bay Beach, just a short 5-minute walk away. The air conditioning provided a welcome respite from the island heat, ensuring a restful night's sleep in the plush bed with soft pillows. Despite the weak Wi-Fi signal, the serene garden terrace and dining table offered perfect spots to enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee facilities while soaking in the peaceful ambiance. Penida Bay Village's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction make it a standout choice for a memorable stay in Nusa Penida.
